Yes! We will deliver, set up and do a last minute wipe down of the bouncer if needed before your rental time begins. We will also take the bouncer down and remove it from your property at the end of your rental.
Our bouncers can be set up on grass, asphalt, cement or indoor surfaces. The surfaces should be level with very little or no slope. There must be no branches, rocks, rough debris or pet feces on the area. For grass, asphalt or cement surfaces, we will anchor the bouncer down with either pegs or sandbags.
Before set up, we need to be notified of any irrigation lines, sprinklers, etc. If you have an underground sprinkler system, please ensure the timer is not set to go off during your rental time.
Under no circumstances will a bouncer be set up on gravel, dirt or other potentially damaging surfaces.
Our bouncers are different shapes and sizes. The dimensions can be found on our Bouncers page. Please ensure there will be clearance of 3 – 4 feet on each side of the bouncer. Please ensure there is enough vertical space for when the bouncer is fully inflated. Under no circumstances can the unit be touching trees, fences, power lines, building overhangs, etc. We cannot set up a bouncer in an area that is unsafe to the participants or the equipment.
An entry point of at least 36″ is required to transport the bouncer into backyards for set up. Our delivery drivers will NOT go up and down stairs or steep hills to set up. The area must be easily accessible from the delivery truck. The units are too heavy to lift over fences so please keep this in mind when booking.

We will only set up on relatively level and flat surfaces. The bouncer will not be set up if it cannot be anchored properly. We use stakes or sandbags depending on the surface.
We will confirm the surface type with you upon confirming your reservation. If for some reason that changes, please let us know so we can ensure we have the proper equipment needed.
Our bouncers plug into a standard 110 household outlet. The blower uses 8 – 12 amps so a 15 amp circuit is required. We supply the cord and ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are using. The bouncer must be placed no more than 80ft from the outlet.
If you do not have an outlet within 80ft or are setting up in a park that doesn’t, please be sure to let us know. We offer generator rentals at an additional charge.
A responsible adult must be present at all times to supervise children when the bouncer is in use.This person will be told all the safety rules upon set up and is responsible for ensuring the rules are followed. You are also responsible for the care of the bouncer and equipment.
Under no circumstances can the inflated bouncer be left unattended when in use.
If the bouncer is being rented for use in a public park, the renter(s) must remain at the location from the time the bouncer is dropped off until it is picked up.
Regular wear and tear is expected over time. We won’t hold that against you. If the bouncer is punctured, please call us right away!
The renter is responsible for damage and cleaning charges due to misuse. We will do a quick inspection of the bouncer before taking it down. A flat rate charge of $1,500 will be applied if any silly string is found on the bouncer. This causes irreversible damage!
If there are large stains or excessive messes, there will be a $100 cleaning charge. Easiest way to avoid the charge is no food or drinks in the bouncer!
If you have already submitted a reservation through our website (here), then you should be getting a phone call from us within 24 hours to confirm. If you are running on a tight schedule or feel like calling us first, by all means do so!

If you have already submitted a reservation through our website (here), then you should be getting a phone call from us within 24 hours to confirm. Confirmation of your booking is only complete once payment is received. You can cancel more than 7 days ahead of the reservation for a full refund.
Cancellations made more than 7 days ahead of the event will result in a full refund.
Cancellations made under 7 days ahead of the event will result in a $100 cancellation fee, or a store credit of the full amount instead.
Weather and emergency cancellations will result in a full refund or store credit.

Yes. Holidays are the best times to enjoy a rental from Orbit’s Bouncy Castles, so we are definitely available. Please be sure to book in advance because Holidays get fully booked fairly quickly.

Yes, the City may require you to purchase a permit for your party and/or reserve a site. Please check in with the City of Calgary (3-1-1). There are also additional charges for renting a power generator. Please contact us for details!
